Managing Consultant:  Dr. Ross N. Mills received his Ph.D. and M.S. Degrees in Engineering Science from the University of California Berkeley and his B.S. Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He has worked as a research engineer, group leader and project manager on ink jet and digital printing technology for IBM, Lexmark International, Topaz Technologies, iTi Corporation and Vexajet Corporation. In 2020, he founded Xjet Corporation in Sedona, Arizona. During his career, he has published numerous articles, disclosures and is inventor on 13 U.S. Patents. Dr. Mills is an internationally recognized leader, inventor, author, lecturer and consultant in all aspects of ink jet, digital printing and digital fabrication technology.
